How do I find my driver at the airport?

Pick-up points

For a journey from an airport without a sign, you can meet your driver at the pick-up points below:

 

Île-de-France : 

  • Charles de Gaulle airport
    • Terminal 1: follow the “VTC - Taxis réservés / Ride app pick up” sign.
    • Terminals 2A, 2B, 2C and 2D: the professional car park is shared by all four terminals. Following the delivery of your luggage, follow the “VTC - Taxis réservés / Ride app pick up” sign.
    • Terminals 2E and 2F: follow the “VTC - Taxis réservés / Ride app pick up” sign; the professional car park is accessible on the “Arrivals” level, at gate 16A.
    • Terminal 2G: Drop-off point at the main exit.
    • Terminal 3: In front of the main exit.
  •  
  • Orly
    • Orly terminals 1 and 2: on the “Arrivals” level, follow the “VTC - Taxis réservés / Ride app pick up” sign and take exit 10A.
    • Orly terminal 3: on the “Arrivals” level, take exit 32A and follow the “VTC - Taxis réservés / Ride app pick up” sign. Take the lift down to level -1, continue to follow the “VTC - Taxis réservés / Ride app pick up” sign and take the lift back down to level -3 to reach the car park.
    • Orly 4: on the “Arrivals” floor, follow the “VTC - Taxis réservés / Ride app pick up” sign and take exit 48A.

 

Lyon :

  • Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport:
    • Terminal 1 - Hall B: drop-off point
    • Terminal 1 - Hall A: drop-off point
    • Terminal 2: drop-off point
  • Lyon-Bron airport: in front of the Business Aviation Terminal

 

Nice & Cannes :

  • Nice Côte d'Azur airport:
    • Terminal 1: exit D4
    • Terminal 2: exit A3
  •  Cannes-Mandelieu airport: in front of the airport exit

 

Sign

For a personalised welcome, you can request the sign option; your driver will wait for you with a sign bearing your name as you leave the baggage hall.
There is a fee for this option: €10.
 
How can I request this option?
  • You need to request it by phone on +33 (0)1 70 95 14 15, Our customer service is available 24/7 when you book your journey.
  • To guarantee the availability of this service, you must request it at least 24 hours before the start of your journey. Any request made after this time will not be taken into account.
If you are travelling for business purposes, you can also make a request to our sales department at entreprise@marcel.cab.

 

Driver contact details

You will also receive the driver’s contact details by notification or text message, allowing you to contact them if necessary.

Finally, make sure you enter your flight number in the dedicated box so that your departure is adjusted according to whether your flight is early or late.
